The film follows the relationship of Tim and John, who fell in love in high school. John was captain of the football team. Tim, an actor in the school troupe. Their relationship lasted for fifteen years and survived all the pitfalls that were thrown at them – rejection, isolation, discrimination, temptation, jealousy and infidelity. However, it wasn’t able to survive the AIDS epidemic, which broke out in the ’80s … The romantic biographical drama was filmed by bestselling Australian writer, actor and activist Timothy Conigrave.
