Directed by: Karina Holden
Screenplay: Karina Holden

This visually stunning documentary captures not only the natural beauty of our planet but above all, the impact of human activity on ocean ecosystems. In her feature-length debut, director Karina Holden introduces viewers to several conservationists who specialise in a variety of fields. They use specific examples to illustrate the impact of constant devastation on the oceans (fishing, human coastal activity, pollution, plastic waste, etc.) and to show how the disruption to one link in the ecosystem has a chain reaction effect on others. The film however is not just a report on the alarming state of our environment but also a
fascinating look at the beauty and mysteries of the underwater world.
